Damaged-on-Arrival Policy

If your flowers do not remain fresh for at least 5 days, despite following our care guidelines, please contact us with details and images. We value your experience and will work with you to make things right.

Refund & Replacement Options

Should you need to return flowers due to damage or disappointment in quality, we commit to either a full refund or a replacement order delivered at no extra cost. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are flexible in finding the solution that best suits your needs. Refunds are processed swiftly via your original payment method.

Please note that due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, refunds and replacements are only offered in cases of genuine quality concerns or order errors made on our part. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted once arrangements have been prepared and dispatched.
